Like Walt Disney who believed and encouraged others to, "Keep moving forward," I love learning, doing, and teaching.  And, I'm a big fan of the movie "Meet the Robinsons."  How cool is it that Disney produced a movie for and about our family?!

In all seriousness, my teachers and heroes have been inspiring me to believe that I can get smarter, faster, and better.

This growth mindset has always helped me rebound from my many mistakes and lessons learned at the microgrid edge (by day, I am a clean energy and resilient real estate consultant and general contractor).

Consequently, I am blessed to be resilient, brain plastic, and abounding with a relentless passion to live.

Do you find these Disney quotes and Robinson testimonies to be over the top?  Unbelievable?  I hope not.

Have you met Dr. Carol Dweck from Stanford University? Now that I am pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration, I'm studying more researchers to spark my research interests.

Dweck has spent 30 years researching students' attitudes about failure.
